Emergency Food Request

The Office of Student Life will be doing weekly pickups every Wednesday for students who DO NOT have transportation to the Laguna Food Pantry, 20652 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA, 92651. 

Students must submit this form by Monday 12pm (PST) prior to the designated Wednesday pickup day. Food will be available for pickup at the Main Campus Basic Needs Center beginning Wednesdays after 12pm. Any food not picked up will be donated to other students in need. Students who fail to pick up their food on more than three occasions will be prohibited from submitting the form until the end of the semester. 

Requirements to submit this form and be eligible for weekly Laguna Food Pantry pickups:

  • Complete the questions below
  • Submit a picture of your Laguna Food Pantry Registration Card. Don’t have a registration card? Email studnetlife@lcad.edu to help get you set up. Pickups will not be done if a picture of your Laguna Food Pantry Registration Card is not uploaded.
