LCAD Housing Maintenance Request Form

This form is for housing students only.
Please submit any maintenance requests you have. The housing team will review your request and submit it to the appropriate department. Please ensure that you are logged into your lcad email to respond to this form.

*Maintenance will report to units between 10am-5pm on weekdays.
