VISITORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND VENDORS

The College is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all members of our community. The College also requires all visitors to the LCAD campus and guests such as Trustees, other volunteers, family and friends of students, vendors, shuttle drivers, guest lecturers, and other community members to comply with LCAD’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Policy.

To comply with this policy, visitors may:

1. Upload their vaccination card to https://forms.lcad.edu/lcad-covid-19-visitor-attestation/or

2. Show their vaccination card to the receptionist at any of the College’s three campuses:

· Main Campus – 2222 Laguna Canyon Road; or

· Administration Building – 2265 Laguna Canyon Road; or

· Big Bend Campus – 2825 Laguna Canyon Road

Note: Uploaded vaccination cards and assessment forms will be stored only by the Office of Human Resources and kept confidential, as required by law.

Visitors are required to be fully vaccinated and boostered (if eligible). If not fully vaccinated and boostered (if eligible), visitors must submit a negative PCR test result within 7 days of arrival. All visitors are required to complete a health assessment form when arriving on campus.
